Dr. Mansour Bendago, MBBCh, FRCSC Plastic Surgeon

DR. MANSOUR BENDAGO is a Board Certified Plastic

Surgeon specializing in Cosmetic Plastic Surgery of the face and

body. He obtained his MD ( with Honors ) from the Al-Fateh

University in Tripoli, Libya in 1981 and worked as a General

Surgery Resident for 4 years. Dr. Bendago obtained his

Canadian Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons license in

1996. He was an assistant Professor at the University

of Saskatchewan before moving to Toronto. He is currently the Chief

of Plastic Surgery and President of the Medical Staff Society at

the Rouge Valley Health System in Scarborough.

Dr. Bendago considers himself as an artist, using the science of cosmetic plastic surgery to let beauty shine out in each of his patients.

Dr. John Simon McGrail, An Uncommon Cosmetic and Reconstructive Surgeon

Born in Manchester, England Dr. Simon McGrail obtained his medical degree there where he also began his intense specialty training.

Simon uprooted to Michigan and later Toronto where he became the physician to the Toronto Maple Leafs Hockey League from 1977 until 1994, which included all the Team Canada World Championships.

Simon became a professor and department chief of Otolaryngology, University of Toronto, and later at the Wellesley Hospital from 1967-1987.

He is a general ear, nose, and throat surgeon with particular emphasis on head and neck cancer and facial cosmetic and reconstructive surgery. His curriculum vitae is extensive and overwhelming, with numerous publications and lectures around the globe. The partnership that began in the 1980s between Dr. McGrail and Sonia La Fontaine continues today. Asked to what he attributes his longevity and enduring popularity with his patients, Dr. McGrail says simply,

Cynthia Martinez, is the centre's liason to La Fontaine Cosmetic Surgery Center, and as well as the link between patients and doctors.

Cynthia brings her knowledge, enthusiasm, and sincerity to new and returning patients of La Fontaine Centre. She is available on a daily basis, and is always pleased to take the time to answer any questions or respond to your concerns regarding your surgery.

Chanele, Registered Nurse

CHANELE ANN, RN, is a fully qualified trained Cosmetic and

Plastic Surgery Consultant and  an Aesthetic Registered Nurse.

She works with world's top cosmetic and plastic surgeons in

Canada. Among them are Dr. Simon Mc Grail, Dr. Alvin Anderson,

Dr. Mohammed Elahi, Dr. Martin Jugenburg, Dr. William El Masri,

and now she is currently the Nurse Surgery Consultant of Dr.

Mansour Bendago at La Fontaine.

As a Consultant, Chanele Ann provides help and support for

Zuzana Grimm, Receptionist

Zuzana, is the receptionist at the La Fontaine Cosmetic

Surgery Center. She attended Ryerson Polytechnic University and

got her degree in Fashion Design.

She loves arts and aesthetics, so this place is perfect for her. She

also works at a boutique called Shopgirls, where she is

selling clothing collection called Zuzanium (www.zuzanium.com).

She was born in Slovakia. Slovakian is her first language. She

also lived in Barcelona, Spain and speaks a bit of Spanish as well.
